CANCELLATION POLICY
Here at Innocent Beauty Hair salon, we value your time and ours. To smooth operations and availability for all clients, we have the following policies in place: Cancellation Policy • Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 25% charge of the service booked fees. • Same-day cancellations or failure to notify us will be considered a no-show and result in a 50% charge of the service booked fees. We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
